More than 200 people are scheduled to attend the Urban Land Institute South Carolina's annual statewide conference in Charleston. The two-day conference will open with an address from Commerce Secretary, Joe Taylor and will focus on how land will be used in SC. Discussion of new housing demand trends will also be included in the conference itinerary. The Urban Land Institute is a global nonprofit organization that researches and promotes responsible land use and planning.
