For 9 years, the 17 year old Monday After The Masters Celebrity Pro-Am Tournament has been a highlight for Grand Strand golf nuts and celebrity stalkers.
Proceeds from Monday After The Masters benefit the Hootie & the Blowfish Foundation, which supports the educational needs of children in South Carolina and the South Carolina Junior Golf Foundation. Tickets for this year's event are sold out. But that doesn't mean we can't live vicariously through the Internet!
Terry Massey, former sports writer and current owner of Buzz Words LLC posted a blog over at MyrtleBeach.com listing his Top Ten Monday After The Masters memories. The list is quite interesting and includes a brief run in with Tiger Woods at the old All Star Cafe and laughs with John Daly, so make sure to head over and check it out.
As a side note, TheDigitel's very own Rocky Dohmen will be at the Monday After the Masters this year coving it for MyrtleBeachScene.com. He promises to share his pictures and some video of the day.
