Chefs Chris Hastings and Idie Hastings have published a new cookbook, Hot and Hot Fish Club Cookbook: A Celebration of Food, Family, & Traditions and will be heading to the Lowcountry to promote it.
Not only will the duo hold a book signing at Blue Bicycle Books, but they'll be whipping up a dinner planned at FIG restaurant.

The Charleston City Paper has released a nice piece on Hot and Hot authors/chefs Chris Hastings and wife Idie Hastings that explores the duo's cooking background and ties to South Carolina.
Be sure to check out the pair's fully illustrated cookbook that focuses on simple, practical recipes that won't break the bank. The Hastings will be in town November 22nd and 23rd promoting the new book as well as preparing some food for a lucky group of FIG.
