This New Year’s Eve, celebrate with Fish - the restaurant that is.
For only $50, plus an additional $15 for the optional wine pairings, you can enjoy a deliciously festive four course dinner.
Dinner begins with an amuse bouche consisting of a grouper steam bun with cucumber chutney . The Fish course, a Pan Roasted Sockeye Salmon, follows and is served with fennel, apple, micro basil, sweet and sour rice croutons, and a yellow citrus vinaigrette. The meat course will be a delectable bacon wrapped beef pot au feu with butter poached Yukon gold potato and truffle root vegetables. Dinner finishes with Chesnut ice cream profiteroles served with cinnamon hot fudge and red hots crackle to kick off the New Year!
