Charleston Beer Exchange, recently opened and self-dubbed "Charleston's Craft Beer Store," is loading back up on beer and beer-related goodies.
Their e-mail does a pretty good job of explaining it, so here you go:
First, and most important, we just got in a new shipment of growlers [that's basically a fancy beer glass]. For those of you waiting on them, come on down. We are fired up and ready to go. The taps right now are filling COAST HopArt IPA, 32/50 Kolsch and the very last of the delicious ESB. This is the last call for ESB growler fills! The next seasonal is the Blackbeerd Imperial Stout which should be out soon. Also available for growler fills are Founders Breakfast Stout, Stone Double Bastard and Sierra Nevada Celebration. If you've never had Celebration on draft before watch out- it is awesome.
As for new bottles in the shop, here are the latest highlights:
Moylan's Hopsickle , Moylander Double IPA, Dragoons Irish Stout and Kilt Lifter Scotch Ale. These just came into SC this week. An awesome brewery to add to our line up!
New stuff from Highland, North Coast, Stoudts, Allagash and too many others to mention.
Lots of winter and Christmas beers are rolling in. We have some terrific gift packs with mixed beers and glassware from Ommegang, Duvel and Chimay. Call in to reserve your Scaldis Prestige for the true beer connoisseur's gift. It is the ultimate in luxury beer. We only got six bottles. Ask us about it for more info.
Tasting schedules will be out soon.
Sounds freaking delicious. They're at 14 Exchange Street, downtown.
